Can I cancel my account anytime?
Yes. You may cancel whenever you want without penalty. After cancellation, your website and domain name will be discontinued. All websites are copyright. We do not allow copying of our sites or other related works to be hosted elsewhere.
How do I access the Back Office?
When joining MFP you get a confirmation email with all your account information including your USERID and PASSWORD. At the top of THIS website you'll see a client login area.
After your registration is complete, you can also login directly from your own website.
Do you offer support?
Yes. On the Contact Us page you'll find contact information as well as a contact form.
Our hours are 9am - 5pm EST Monday-Friday.
After registration, you may also get support via your Back Office.
Can I modify the content on my website?
You are given the ability to personalize your website (P1D1 and P1D2) via your own logo, personal pictures, and biography, but you are not allowed to change the other content. Information regarding FOREX Trading and FreedomRocks is regulated by the FOREX Trade Commission and FreedomRocks.
P1D3 does not allow you to modify content.
You are not given FTP access or any other direct access to your website files.
Do I need to have a lot of computer knowledge to make use of the MFP website?
No. However, a will to learn the features of the Back Office will greatly improve your success with your website, but it is not a must.
When entering the Back Office you'll see a "QuickStart" button. This will guide you through the set up process of your website. You can also get all your questions answered through the "Support Center".
